Tapioca (pdf for printing)


2/3 cup Red Bob’s Tapioca

1 ½ cups water (for soaking)

2 ½ cups coconut milk (light)

½ cup water

½ cup raw honey

1 tsp vanilla

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp nutmeg


  1. Soak tapioca in water for 30 minutes. Do not drain.
  2. Add coconut milk. Bring to a boil and simmer until thick stirring frequently, about 25 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and add honey, vanilla, and cinnamon.
  4. Pour into glass container and sprinkle with nutmeg.
  5. Cool in refrigerator.
