Heat 8 cups raw goats milk to 180°
Cool to 100°
Mix 1/8 tsp starter with some of the hot milk.
Add hot with starter to the rest of the hot milk.
Put mixed milk into the yogurt maker container.
Put the lid on the container.
Put in yogurt maker (put 2 cups water in the yogurt maker).
Put lid on the yogurt maker.
Cook for 24 hours.
Put in refrigerator for 8 hours (after the 24 hour cook).
