Kurula Thuda Vegetables

Kurulu Thuda Vegetables (pdf for printing)

Serves 6

1 cup cooked Kurulu Thuda (Energy and Activation) Hela Bima ancient rice

4 cups green beans (1/4” cut)

1 cup carrots (sliced)

1 cup zuchinni (sliced)

1 onion (sliced)

5 garlic cloves (chopped)

1 large tomato (cut in small pieces)

1 tbls raw honey

1 tbls coconut oil

¼ cup vegetable broth or water

salt to taste

other seasonings desired

Sauté onion in coconut oil. After onion is transparent add garlic and tomato. After a few minutes add cooked rice. Mix well. Add vegetables, and honey. Season with salt and any other seasonings desired. Mix well and sauté for 5 minutes. Add vegetable broth (or water) and simmer for 12 minutes (or until carrots are soft).
