Our daily menu is typically planned the day before.  When you first embark on a whole foods way of eating (I don’t use the word diet….) it does seem a bit overwhelming.  After 3 weeks (21 days) it is now in the subconscious mind and becomes such a way of living that it is no longer a stress factor.  In fact the food relieves all the stress!  Cooking is fun, creative, and most of all rewarding.  I read everything I can on the benefits of nutrition from food with regard to healing.  Amazing what you learn when you open your heart to it.   My mind was truly opened up to the truth about food after listening to the Food Revolution Summit produced by John and Ocean Robbins.  I can go on and on about my passion for healthy eating but I encourage all to take a listen to John and Ocean Robbins.  Nothing short of amazing.
